- The KW Site features three choices for food, all located near the main lobby on the third (main entrance) floor of the hospital. These are as follows:
- Our cafeteria, which is operated by Aramark Food Services;
- A Tim Hortons outlet operated by the GRH Volunteer Association is also in the front lobby of the hospital; and
- The GREat Express is available for snacks and drinks.
The Grand River Hospital Volunteer Association operates the gift shop at the KW Site, located in the main lobby of the hospital.
GRH’s Health Care Centre Pharmacy (HCCP) provides a full-service pharmacy right at the hospital’s KW Site. HCCP staff members work hard to provide the medications that patients and families need, all while supporting vital hospital services.
All net revenue from HCCP supports hospital services, helping to keep a wide range of health programs operating. HCCP offers competitive prices, and is fully linked with major benefits plans.
HCCP is on the main (3rd) floor of the KW Site in the lobby across from Tim Hortons. The pharmacy also provides satellite services in the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre so patients can have their medication needs dealt with while they receive care, and offer a range of delivery options to patients in both the KW and Freeport sites.
HCCP is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 7:30pm and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 9am to 5pm.
- An automated banking machine is available in the main lobby of the KW Site (the revolving door);
- Several coin-operated telephones are available in the main lobby; and
