Patient relations and feedback
 
As we state in our GRH patient declaration of values, we believe that you should express your appreciation or concerns about your health care experience knowing that your health care providers are actively listening.
 
Your perspectives offer GRH an important opportunity to learn from your experiences and improve our services. As an active partner in your health care, we encourage you to start the feedback process by communicating and sharing with your healthcare team.
 
By beginning the feedback process with your healthcare team, the team has an opportunity to improve and immediately respond to your concerns.
 
If your concern requires further attention or you feel it should be addressed by someone not directly providing your care, you’re welcome to contact the clinical manager in the area providing your care or our patient relations coordinator. Our patient relations coordinator is here to support relationships and foster communication between patients, their families and the healthcare team considering the unique needs of each patient and family.
