Under O. Reg. 304/16: Executive Compensation Framework of Ontario’s Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014, agencies such as hospitals are required to have and post to their websites a written executive compensation program setting out the compensation that may be provided to its designated executives.
In the spring of 2018, GRH posted its proposed Executive Compensation Framework for review and feedback.
