GRH celebrates National Access Awareness Week runs from May 26th to June 1st
National Access Awareness Week offers an opportunity to celebrate the work that is being done at GRH to make buildings, programs and services more accessible for people with disabilities.
We will be featuring some information booths and displays outside the cafeteria from 1100 to 1300 at KW Site on Monday May 27th and at the Freeport Site on Wednesday May 29th.
External organizations such as CNIB, MS Society, Mobility Plus and others will also be in attendance. Please join us to learn more about accessibility and how you can help in identifying and removing barriers.
Accessibility plan- updated for 2013
Grand River Hospital (GRH) has an obligation to ensure accessibility standards are met and improvements put into place. This takes place through audits and the actions of an internal accessibility working group.
