The meeting will take place as follows:

- GRH Freeport Site: 3570 King Street East, Kitchener (in the Sun Life Town Hall)
We look forward to sharing with you the many accomplishments achieved by our organization during the past year. The annual meeting will highlight Grand River Hospital's renal program and the community relationship associated with the delivery of renal services within the Waterloo Wellington area.
