What are mini-interviews?
Mini-interviews are a style of interviewing that requires each candidate to rotate through multiple interview stations. At each station, the candidate is asked questions(s) and is provided about eight minutes to answer the question before being alerted to move on to a new station. The entire interview cycle is about an hour long.
