As part of its community engagement responsibilities, Grand River Hospital is conducting telephone surveys with Waterloo Region residents.
The surveys are helping to determine perceptions of the hospital and satisfaction with GRH's patient care, wait times, communications and community engagement procedures.
GRH has contracted an independent research provider to conduct the surveys on the hospital's behalf.
