The Grand River Regional Cancer Centre front entrance will be closed for renovations starting Saturday, May 5 and will re-open on Thursday, May 10.
During this time cancer patients are asked to enter and exit through the Grand River Hospital (GRH) main entrance. Volunteers will be available to assist and direct patients to the cancer centre for their appointments. Renal patients will also enter and exit from this entrance.
As a result of the closure, only one driving lane will remain open in front of the cancer centre to allow for through traffic. GRH security will be onsite as needed to help with the flow of traffic to reduce any delays this may cause. Handicap parking spaces will still be available outside the main entrance.
