The Office of Innovation and Research (OIR) at GRH is committed to forming partners with our local post-secondary institutions and involving students in innovation and research and other opportunities when possible.
Currently, OIR does not accept open applications from students to work with our clinicians. We have a number of existing relationships with programs at the University of Waterloo and the University of Guelph. If you are interested in working with clinicians at GRH, please contact your university for more information.
Volunteer opportunities
Students who are interested in working with GRH are encouraged to learn more about our volunteer program. GRH has one of the largest volunteer forces in the region, with nearly 1000 volunteers at the hospital's KW and Freeport campuses as well as our regional cancer centre.
