While hospitals prepare in advance for outbreaks and pandemics, COVID-19 has turned out to be very complex. Our hospital’s planning served us well, but we also needed to be nimble and innovate through unimagined challenges. We very much want to learn from this experience. Grand River Hospital invites feedback from you on our response to COVID-19, from the community’s perspective. Through this survey, we hope that you can provide your thoughts about what went well and what can be improved. This feedback will be used to help guide planning for the future.
