Effective April 1, 2011 all of Ontario’s broader public sector (BPS) organizations were required to comply with provincial Broader Public Sector Accountability Act legislation.
This legislation was developed to improve, sustain and extend best practice within BPS supply chain activities. Grand River Hospital supports and adheres to this legislation in all supply chain activities.
