The KW Campus has several amenities for patients and families.
Food
The KW Campus offers four options in our food court area, located near the main lobby on the third (ground) floor.
- Mia Fresco: A full service location offering fresh salads and wraps. (Temporarily closed)
- Subway: a full service location offering sandwiches and salads.
- Taste of Mediterranean: serving a wide range of Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Tim Hortons: the GRH Volunteer Association owns and operates the KW Campus location.

Bank machine
A bank machine is available in the main lobby of the KW Campus.
Gift shops
The Grand River Hospital Volunteer Association runs the gift shop at the KW Campus. All proceeds are donated to GRH.
The gift shop is located on the third (main) floor of the hospital in the C wing. It is currently open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for patients, care partners, staff and anyone already approved to be onsite at the hospital while we maintain COVID restrictions. It sells handicrafts, clothes, magazines, candy and unique gift items.
The gift shop at Freeport remains closed due to COVID-19.
Order over the phone or email
The gift shop at KW campus is happy arrange a gift delivery to your loved-one over the phone or through email. Assortment of gifts include:

- puzzles
- books
- stuffed animals and more!

Internet access
GRH offers free wireless internet access.
Television rental
Entertainment and TV rental services are available right at the bedside, provided by HealthHub Patient Engagement Solutions. Patients or their loved ones can complete the rental process by either filling out a rental form that is available at or near all nursing stations, or by calling EXT 5353.
www.ConnectMyBed.ca is available 24/7 to also help answer questions related to local channel guides and request customer service assistance.
Personal televisions are not allowed to be used in the hospital.
