The KW Campus has several services for patients and families.
Security
GRH provides around the clock security services at the KW Campus. The security office is inside the emergency entrance, immediately to the left of the second set of sliding doors.
If a security officer is not in the office, they may be out assisting other patients and staff members.
If you have an emergency security need, pick up a house phone and dial *77. For non-urgent calls, please dial extension 2505.

Patient accounts

The patient accounts department is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm excluding statutory holidays. The contact number is 519-749-4300 extension 2604.
The main patient accounts office is on the fourth floor of the Forty Green building at 40 Green Street. The ground floor entrance to the Forty Green building is on the fourth floor because the KW Campus is built on a hill.
Multifaith Sanctuary/spiritual care
An area has been dedicated for prayer, meditation, and other individual or small group spiritual customs or practices. It’s located on the third floor (the main level) of the hospital, in between the cancer centre and the main hospital.
To reserve this space for a special service, contact spiritual care at extension 2141.
