Palliative care supports individuals and families through their end of life journey. This unit is available at 519-749-4300 extension 7353.
The palliative unit is located in the Grand River Terrace Building at the GRH’s Freeport Campus on the 3rd floor on the South court.
Patients may stay in private, semi-private or ward rooms, and have dining room, conference room and family lounge. We are not always able to accommodate room preference.
We welcome visitors as part of the hospital’s visiting policy. Please remember to wash your hands well before, during and after your visit. Please avoid visiting if you have symptoms of a cold, influenza or a stomach virus.
