The Chicopee Site has several amenities for patients and families.

Food: Tim Hortons
Tim Hortons is also available on the ground level of Village Centre. The Grand River Hospital Volunteer Association owns and operates this Tim Hortons location, with net proceeds supporting the purchase of patient care equipment at Waterloo Regional Health Network. This Tim Hortons offers a variety of baked goods and beverages.
Bank Machine/ATM
A bank machine is available on the ground level of Union Terrace.
Gift Shop
The Grand River Hospital Volunteer Association runs the gift shop at the Chicopee site and all proceeds are donated to WRHN.
Internet Access
Wireless internet is available for free for all patients and visitors. The network is “WRHN-Guest-Wifi” and is now visible under your wireless settings for mobile devices and tablets.
Televisions
Patient rooms at the Chicopee site are equipped with televisions set up with a streaming media player, allowing patients to connect to their own streaming services (ie. Netflix, Disney+, Crave, Amazon Prime, etc.). Televisions are free to access, although patients must pay for their own streaming subscriptions.
Courtyard and Gardens
We welcome you to enjoy the Chicopee site's courtyard and gardens in warmer weather. The most easily accessible for patients is the hospital’s courtyard, and you can get to it from the ground floor of the hospital.
