Our radiography (x-ray) department is located at Grand River Hospital’s KW Campus at 835 King Street West in Kitchener. We are on the second floor of the hospital in the D wing. We offer advanced digital diagnostic x-ray examinations for both inpatients and outpatients. Our dedicated and knowledgeable technologists also provide timely 24-hour support to our emergency department.
Outpatient x-ray services are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on weekends from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. When you arrive for your appointment, please check-in at our medical imaging reception desk.
You must bring a physician completed requisition form with you.
If possible, avoid wearing clothing with zippers, metal or plastic buttons and belts for the x-ray. Sweat pants and a top are good options.
