ICU B is a nine bed unit located on the fifth floor of the hospital’s KW Campus in the B wing. It provides monitoring to patients whose condition is not critical enough to require an ICU A admission, but are considered unstable or too ill to receive care in a medical/surgical unit.
Here’s how to get to ICU B:
- Enter into the KW Campus using the main revolving door;
- Go straight ahead, pass the reception desk and then turn to the right where you’ll find the ABC elevators;
- Take the elevators up to the fifth floor; and
- Turn left once you leave the elevator, and go into the ICU B.
