The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of patients, family members, community partners and Grand River Hospital staff who are interested in aiding and improving services for dialysis patients.
The PFAC is a significant voice between the health care team and the kidney community that provides a community perspective on all areas of kidney care.

Feedback on COVID-19 pandemic response
We are currently looking for feedback regarding our services during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be using this feedback to identify what's going well, and how we can make improvements to better serve our patients.
